Rates At Casa Bianca, we do not charge based on double occupancy. That means we don't charge extra when more than two guests occupy an apartment. Our rental charge also includes normal cleaning. No extra cleaning fees -- keep that in mind when you're comparing rates!

Three-night minimum. Rates are subject to change without notice. We do not rent to anyone under 21 years old. Quoted rates do not include 7% Puerto Rico lodging tax. We require a $250 "good care" deposit per apartment, which is returned promptly after departure, assuming the premises have been left in good order.
